What is cellulite?
Cellulite is a (very) sticky glob of waste that clings to fat cells and by waste I mean the toxic kind.
Our bodies are not particularly good at knowing how to eliminate and then expel chemicals, additives, preservatives and other unnatural products that are ingested in modern foods and drinks.
Because we find it difficult to eliminate toxins, impurities, unnatural foods and additives, our body's protective system sends them to the outer parts of the body where they cling on to the fat cells.
These days communities are recycling more and more but there is still some rubbish can't be recycled and so just gets dumped at the tip. Imagine that your thighs are this tip; full of stuff we are unable to recycle.
It is time to empty your body's rubbish tip.
Cellulite is a sign that are not working efficiently internally. Luckily we can see our cellulite, and it is an indication that we are clogging up our systems and are therefore not eliminating waste properly.
This causes a vicious cycle, and as the body becomes more and more sluggish in all its systems, eliminatory, digestive, circulatory, et cetera, the body slows down and works less well.
We get sick more often, we put on weight and we lose our energy levels AND as the brain is just another organ, we may cope less well in our day to day lives, reacting unreasonably to stress and change, and in some cases we can become despondent and even depressed.
In many cases where I have treated a lady for her cellulite, the treatment becomes a holistic treatment, as every part of you - physical, mental, and spiritual - begins to shine, and one member of the family treating their cellulite can heal an entire family.
If you are not overweight and are wondering what your cellulite is clinging to, I'll explain.
Everyone has a specific number of fat cells.
An overweight person does not have more fat cells than a skinny person. They simply have larger ones, and skinny people get cellulite just as often as fat people.
So for those of the lean variety who have cellulite, it is also hanging on to your fat cells. So everyone has fat cells - if you loose weight you don't loose cells, they simply get smaller.
Cellulite and stored energy are like a layer of gooey stuff under the skin. When you have a lot, it can be quite solid and those bumps and lumps may not be too obvious.
So when you start to loose the cellulite from your stored energy, those lumps and bumps may tend to appear worse as they break down and separate, and as they become fewer they can also become more pronounced.
Now DON"T PANIC, although in saying this, many of you will still email me with the proverbial "Aaaaaaaaaaaggggghhhhh my cellulite is looking worse!!!!"
I understand your fears but truly, this is a great sign that the cellulite is loosening, moving, and becoming less and less present.
Common contributors to cellulite:
1. Food, in particular white flour products.
2. Stress. Stressed lives causes an adrenaline fluid to be releases by our bodies. A build up is a factor in cellulite.
3. Oestrogen; this is a protective hormone for our reproductive system. Oestrogen will carry the toxins to the outer parts of the body away from our womb, typically just under the skin.
4. YOU as an individual. This is why so many other treatments fail to be effective.
So what you need to do is look at why YOU particularly have cellulite. In my book I go through all the possibilities and then show you how to eradicate that problem so you stop accumulating cellulite and also how to move the cellulite you already have, so it is eliminated.
How long it will take to clear my cellulite?
This really depends on how solid your cellulite is but don't worry EVERYONE gets rid of their cellulite with the help of my book. Even in THE most extreme cases you will see results within the first month.
