Why do I have Cellulite?

Read on and you will learn why you have cellulite and why it is so important for you to know why you have cellulite. You may have heard that smoking can affect cellulite, but how does that concern your legs when it is famous for causing heart and lung problems and what if you don’t smoke, then what has caused your cellulite?

If you don’t know what is causing your cellulite then how will you stop it from coming back? It is imperative that you know why you have cellulite.

The first thing that any cellulite therapist will ascertain with you is why you have cellulite and what is causing your body to keep it. If your cellulite therapist is not seeking to establish why you have cellulite then how are you able to stop getting cellulite. You, with the help of your cellulite therapist must discover what the cause is of your body having lumpy or orange peel skin. If you do not establish a cause then it is impossible to deal with the effect.

Determining the reason why you have cellulite enables you to stop that source, which simply results in you not getting cellulite any more. This is the foundation of all good cellulite treatments. It won’t matter how good your cellulite therapist is, if you don’t stop the cause of your cellulite it will continue to come back time and time again. Many of my clients have had liposuction only to find that a year later their cellulite is back and worse than before. This is explained fully in The Ultimate Cellulite Treatment in a Book.

Knowing the cause of your cellulite will be the basis for your personal cellulite treatment. To give you an idea that may help you start to find the cause of your cellulite, following are come things that may be the source of your cellulite.

Diet – poor diet lacking in fresh foods that provide vitamins and minerals vital for the body to efficiently cleanse. A diet that contains a lot of packaged foods, preservatives and additives that are not natural can contribute to the eliminatory organs not operating at their optimum levels.

Circulation – poor circulations will contribute to the blood not being able to carry nutrients to all the cells in your body; the cleaner your blood is the better.

Addictions – sugar, salt, cigarettes….all of these can be detrimental to eliminating cellulite.

Hormonal changes – pregnancy, stress, lifestyle changes; all can cause changes in your body that can lead to lumpy bumpy cellulite thighs.

Every client I have seen over nearly 20 years of teaching women how to get rid of their cellulite has a weakness in their system which is contributing to their having cellulite. Once this root of the cause if found then you can confidently begin your cellulite treatment knowing that you are taking two steps forward and no steps back, and that once your cellulite is gone you will never get it back. When you first meet your cellulite therapist, ask her why YOU have cellulite, not why most people have it but why do YOU have cellulite on YOUR thighs.
