How to avoid the dreaded swine flu….that is the question on many lips (albeit behind a dust mask) at the moment….
There is no need for panic on a personal level, on a business level though it may cost you, your colleagues and your boss a lot of money in lost income due to potential down time.
Let’s get to the point. It is just a flu after all, just a different strain which we get every year or two here in Australia anyway. This one just sounds so ghastly because it is from pigs! And if you have read my book you know how I feel about pigs! Well actually it is more about the potatoes they eat and you definitely know how I feel about potatoes if you have read my theories on cellulite.
So to HOW to avoid the swine flu. The flu strikes those who are negative in their beliefs, who walk the line in fear and those who believe in statistics and the like.
So to avoid this and any influenza, watch your internal dialogue…is it positive…are you constantly scanning your immediate environment for danger? Are you spending your day with your glass half full? Turn your self around and your attitude and your day if you find you are being negative or fearful. Type this up, print it out and stick it up on your lunch room wall, your cubicle or the back of the toilet door; anywhere that you will subliminally see it constantly. If you are in to it, read it out loud often, if you follow energy psychology then tap on your meridian points whilst you say it.
“I am beyond group beliefs or the calender. I am free from all congestion and influence. I release all my negative thoughts. I am safe. And I deeply and completely love and accept myself without judgement.” And I am safe.
Thanks for reading and enjoy the rest of your day. Smile at the next person that catches your eye.
These words were influenced by the writings of Louise Hay and Gary Craig.

a rhetorical question isnts a question with no answer, its a question you ask which you either dont want or dont expect an answer to. How old are you before you are said to have died of old age?

Why is it that humans can move their eyes in opposite directions toward the nose, but not away from the nose?

I really don’t know. Some charge per word count. In house editors have a flat rate.

Good Question. Plus that goal post has probably moved in the last few decades. But I would consider it to be any age but more improtantly there is no obvious reason for the death - usually occurs in ones sleep, when the body just shuts down.

It is just training or genetic or something but a very small percentage of people can move their eyes in opposite directions away from the nose!

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!

When you’re asleep and dreaming about performing calorie-burning activities such as running, jumping and flying, do you burn more calories in reality as opposed to when you’re dreaming about doing something low-impact?

Thanks for the great ideas in this post! I’m glad to see that I’m doing several things right. I hadn’t thought about putting an interactive question in a post – nice tip. I’m pretty new at blogging and your site helped encourage me to get into some group writing contests, projects and carnivals – which I have thoroughly enjoyed! I can always count on your blog for some great ideas for taking things up a notch. It will be fun to think of some ideas for non-family related universal post topics. Thanks for such an informative post!

Absolutely because our muscles contract when we have such dreams so if you dream you are running then your legs will move a little in your sleep so the calorie burn would slightly increase. We are not in dream state for very long periods of time, even though the dream might seem like an hour long it is probably only one moment in real time.
Great question
